This very much depends upon how complex you need your website to be in terms of functionality.  We offer the complete range of website design and, obviously, the more complex the website, the more expensive it becomes.  Let’s discuss your requirements and we’ll provide you with a bespoke quotation.

At the start of the process, we will sit down together and discuss your requirements.  As industry experts, you’ll have input into what you want to see on the website and as online experts, we may well look at your industry with fresh eyes and provide you with suggestions and advice from a digital marketing perspective as to the best way forward.  Ultimately, we’ll decide together on a design which we will mock-up for you with printed visuals at no charge, with a view to moving your website into the production stage.

Absolutely.  We’re here to help with your digital marketing strategy and a core element of this is producing you a new website at an affordable and realistic price, hosting it, providing you with the email addresses you need and helping you to make your website visible online to attract those all-important customers.

Yes we do.  We offer the complete range of website designs, from entry-level brochure websites right through to customised e-commerce websites, enabling users to purchase your goods and services online with credit and debit card.  We can integrate your website with the payment gateways from all the major banks as part of our service to you.

Most of the websites we produce for clients will come with a CMS (content management system) with a username and password into which you can log in at any time to change and add content as you see fit.

Most probably, yes.  However, this depends upon the quality and code that your website has been built in.  Normally, it’s straightforward to carry out SEO campaigns on websites that we have built as they have been structured in the right way.  So, it depends upon the website you want us to optimise.  Why not contact us with your URL and we’ll take a look for you.

SEO stands for search engine optimisation and it’s to do with how visible your website is online.  Naturally, you’ll want people to find your website when they search for a product or service, and ideally you’d want it to show up #1 in the search engine organic listings.  Successful SEO campaigns will help your website towards the top of the search engines, based on some targeted keywords that we will decide upon together in the pre-campaign process.

No. It’s impossible to guarantee in stone that we will get a website to the top of Google or any other search engines and you should treat companies who ‘guarantee’ this with caution.  There are digital marketing companies out there who will promise the earth in an incredibly short space of time, who will probably be using unethical SEO practices, so beware.  What we do offer is a commitment to working together with you to increase your online visibility.  Of course, if we get your website to #1 in the rankings – as we have done for many clients – then of course we will take credit for it (!), but this is not guaranteed.

This very much depends upon what you are trying to achieve, how competitive your industry is, the number of keywords you want to target, and a number of other variables.  Let’s sit down to discuss your strategy and we will provide you with a customised quote based on your requirements.

We will provide you with a monthly report for your SEO campaign, showing monthly ranking positions compared to previous months, what traffic levels your campaigns are driving, and many other key performance indicators.  Our clients find this monthly report a very useful tool in being able to quantify spend and subsequent return on investment.

From sitting down together in the initial planning stages through to ongoing dialogue and consultation, it’s important to realise that a successful SEO and digital marketing campaign is a two way street.  We need to work together to achieve success.  You can provide us with content, images, photos, videos, animations, product promotions, competitions and so on, all of which will help engage your target audience on your website and across social media platforms.

Again, this is dependent upon what package we decide up together.  Obviously, as you are the experts in your particular industry, it would make sense for you to write content and put it on the website.  Remember, whatever content you can write is valuable content.  Content could be a daily blog about company news, product launches, competitions and so on, through to photos, videos and animations.  The internet is a visually led medium and so the more content you can generate, the better!
